The next question to be asked in our short video series about cleaning and Coronavirus is, “Can I pay by Contactless or bank transfer?”
For the foreseeable future, we are asking customers to pay by bank transfer where possible.
If an alternative method of payment is required, all we ask you to do is contact the office prior to your job date and discuss it with them.
Contactless card payments we can’t do onsite at the end of the job, as the maximum amount contactless card payments allow is less than what most invoices are for us. However, if you contact the office, they may be able to arrange taking card details from you over the phone, and do the transaction that way.
